The Metal Fiber Manufacturing Process is unique and sole technology in the world. Metal fiber is extracted from the molten metal droplet which is contacted to the sharp tip of rotating disk in a vacuum. It is a much better efficient process because it has higher productivity than Bundle Drawing or Shaving process which is widely used now.
 
The weaving process is to line up metal fibers produced in the metal fiber manufacturing process in disorder as combing human hair, reline up them like thread, and weave them like cloth.
 
The sintering is to connect surfaces of metal materials minutely by keeping metal fibers or metal mesh in high temperature in a vacuum.
